Pros
Although the system has slowly started to improve (which only means they’ve begun following the Labor Standards Act).
Cons
Trading time for money, with long working hours. When the full-time salary is converted to an hourly rate, it isn’t better than that of a part-time worker. As a result, staff turnover is very high.
The closer you are to the night market, the later you finish work, making it difficult to leave on time. The salary system is not transparent, and there are no detailed payslips.
