Overtime pay during the busy season
During the off-season, you can leave work on time
Mandatory overtime until 21:00 during the busy season; mandatory work on Saturdays during the busy season. They use the fact that you work one hour less per day than at other companies during the off-season to pressure you.
Taking leave too often during the busy season will attract scrutiny.
If your supervisor likes you, basically anything you do is fine; if they do not like you, nothing you do is right, and they will target you. Very childish.
They do not know how to manage people.
There is no management system.
They do not know how to train new employees, and there is no handover system.
On the surface, they say everyone is like family, but in reality, even with so few employees, they can still form cliques.
