Management is very slow to make decisions, following the traditional system typical of large companies. A decision has to pass through several levels before ultimately being decided by one person, which takes a very long time. Administrative procedures are lengthy, especially the procurement department, which shows little respect for professional expertise and makes things unnecessarily difficult, affecting the progress of many matters. There are many managers, but the people actually doing the work are front-line employees. Turnover is very high, and people are frequently replaced. Whether in the department stores or the amusement parks, many details are overlooked. Those who can get things done are even more exhausted, while the pay is not high. On the other hand, those who only want to coast can pretend to be busy and have an easy time. Some managers are completely blind to the real problems, allowing certain people to monopolize power and cause chaos.
