There are no advantages to this family business—it’s awful.
Cons
There are so many drawbacks that I could never finish listing them. People pass the buck, work themselves to the bone for the sake of making money, and backstab and sabotage one another. This company lets you experience all of that—and there are benefits, too. The salary isn’t high, so don’t expect too much.
