Read the community guidelines1. Full-time employees can have it very easy if they aren’t afraid of being lectured or scolded and have thick skin.
2. No matter how poorly or lazily you work, once you have enough seniority and successfully secure a position, you can have it very easy.
3. If you don’t need the money, can sit for long periods, and enjoy chatting, office or production-line work is recommended (when it’s quiet, it’s really quiet).
4. If you really need the money, don’t like sitting for long periods, and don’t want to be managed by others, field work is recommended (you can decide your own break times, but you have to finish the work).
5. A subsidiary of Sika; offers shares.
1. After doing the job for a while, you’ll find that you’re mostly doing repetitive tasks, and things keep going wrong for no apparent reason. The solutions also tend to address only the symptoms, not the root causes.
2. Departments like to pass the buck, and coworkers also like to push tasks onto one another. Your workload is often increased for no reason.
3. The overtime-pay calculation method is rather peculiar. Except for accounting and the production line (depending on the circumstances), nearly all departments routinely work overtime.
4. Overtime pay and various expenses require reimbursement forms to be filled out almost every week (rather than being settled monthly), and they are paid at a different time from the base salary.
5. The promotion and salary-adjustment systems are unclear, and performance is not evaluated carefully.
6. If you’re interested, check the reviews on Google Maps—they’re even more entertaining than this.
