Very traditional. Sales and e-commerce have absolutely no knowledge of pixels or API interfaces, or how to connect online shopping with Meta; no one on the entire team understands it.
Recommendation: read the employment contract carefully. During the probationary period, the company can dismiss employees early at its discretion.
Even more outrageous: according to Marketing, a certain assistant specifically selected an advertising placement company, yet they do not even know how to calculate ROAS or CPC. During the bidding process, after the assistant reviewed quotations from other advertising companies, they had the vendor they arranged alter the prices. Quite outrageous—recommend avoiding this company.
