Read the community guidelinesThe position is an administrative assistant role. The salary is average. Public holidays are off, you leave work on time, and taking leave is easy.
Basically, you're treated as an administrative gofer. Apart from you, there are only four other colleagues, all middle-aged women who like gossiping about coworkers and interviewees. If you're too unattractive, you'll be criticized; basically, you'll be rejected during the interview, so don't even think about offering suggestions—they won't be accepted. If you work overtime, there is no overtime pay, only compensatory leave. I believe everyone would rather receive the money, and this arrangement probably also violates the Labor Standards Act. Basically, new hires never stay long.
