2. Everything has two sides: a lack of competition also means a lack of development.
3. Because people are not dismissed, there are a few colleagues with poor abilities or poor work attitudes. Some take advantage of this and are becoming increasingly lawless (please note, I said only a small number).
4. The actual job duties differ greatly from those described in the interview (about as far apart as the South Pole and the North Pole).
5. Business trips are frequent. Although this was mentioned during the interview, it was not explained that they would be long-term.
6. The division of responsibilities is unclear. Although the small number of employees does make it difficult to assign work very rigorously, there is almost no clear division of responsibilities here. You may have to take over or fill in for work you are completely unfamiliar with at any time (and very likely have the work handed to you as well).
7. The turnover rate is high, making it difficult to pass on experience and knowledge, and people often end up reinventing the wheel.
