Pros
1. The colleagues are generally nice and easy to get along with. I worked there for over five years and have now left.
2. The boss is willing to teach you all kinds of things, whether it’s hardware processing or business correspondence. To be honest, it’s rare nowadays to come across a boss who is willing to teach others.
3. The work environment is very straightforward.
Cons
1. You have to arrange your own lunch, and there aren’t many choices nearby.
2. It can be a bit stressful.
