Read the community guidelines1. The owners have a cute dog (a terrier breed; I forgot the exact breed name).
2. Salaries are paid on time.
3. Proficiency in InDesign is required.
4. The company mainly handles government tenders.
1. The workplace is the owners’ home. Although the dog is very cute, it urinates and defecates throughout the house (which is also your work environment), so you need to be careful not to step in it. The owners also do not clean it up immediately when they see it; they wait until several piles have accumulated before cleaning them up (I suspect they are waiting to see whether an employee who cannot stand it will clean it up). People with a strong aversion to dirt, or who cannot accept frequently smelling feces and urine at work, should think twice.
2. The dog is not bathed regularly. The owners only say, “All right, I’ll take him to the groomer for a bath again,” after employees complain that the dog smells terrible. To emphasize again: people with a strong aversion to dirt, or who cannot accept frequently smelling feces, urine, or dog odor at work, should think twice.
3. The owner’s wife sometimes pressures employees to work overtime on weekends and public holidays. Although she says it will be paid, I still feel that people need time to relax and recharge. Whenever all the employees firmly refuse, the owner’s wife backs off and does not say anything more.
