Pros

Punctual working hours

Cons

1. The year-end bonus depends on the situation, and there is nothing for the three major holidays (only gifts from clients to senior management, which senior management then passes on to employees). The welfare committee gives each person NT$1,000 for the three major holidays.

2. Employee trips depend on the situation~~but the destination is almost always chosen based on one person's preferences, and everyone seems expected to go wherever that person wants to go.

3. An authoritarian, dictatorial company. Department heads are merely figureheads with no decision-making authority whatsoever; they do not even have the authority to approve basic expenses of a few thousand dollars. Even when there is a computer problem, every request form has to be approved by the emperor. The IT manager is there merely as a decoration.

4. The emperor has the final say in everything~~~everyone else is just a servile lackey.

5. The IT equipment is outdated and they absolutely refuse to replace it. This company places very little importance on IT.

6. Professionals are treated with extreme disrespect. Professional recommendations are treated as if they were no recommendations at all; in the end, the emperor still has the final say.

7. Policies change constantly with no clear goals. An emperor who is an outsider to the field always likes to view professional matters through his own ideas, thinking his ideas are more professional than those of the actual professionals.

8. The Minister of Revenue meddles everywhere in other departments' administrative authority and makes unsolicited comments, thinking he is very capable—does he live by the sea or something?

9. Anyone whose opinions differ from those of the emperor and the Minister of Revenue is excluded and gotten rid of.

10. The entire company is in a chaotic state. They refuse to admit policy mistakes and only look for people below them to take the blame.

11. Every month, employees are also asked to sign a voluntary statement saying they did not work overtime.

12. And it's even a publicly listed company~~~~I really do not recommend this company~~~Everyone, please think carefully before joining.
