The hourly overtime pay is lower than the minimum wage. The year-end bonus is supposedly an average of NT$100,000 for all employees (but averaged with whom??). Not a single drawing is complete, and the salary structure is extremely chaotic.

I think I’ll remember this for the rest of my life.... Once, after my boss watched the movie Moneyball, he said in front of the entire factory that we didn’t need first-rate talent; even third-rate talent could get the job done...... Speechless~

The salary is low. There is a supervisor surnamed Tsai who isn't very old but thinks he is very skilled at piping.

A company that can't even draw the diagrams correctly; whenever there are mistakes, they push the blame onto those below them.
