However, the manager who interviewed me was quite friendly, and the interview process went smoothly!
Thinking that there probably wasn't any problem, I didn't overthink it and came to work here!
The thing I've felt most strongly about since starting work is probably the salary and benefits!! Compared with the market rate for the same position elsewhere, they are actually relatively high.
Also, when your work abilities are recognized, it's easy to get a raise!
The work environment is also quite simple, and the boss doesn't work in the same office. Basically, during the 8-hour workday, you're with your colleagues, and the atmosphere is very harmonious (super important)!
In terms of work, the boss hopes employees can do a bit of everything, since what you learn ultimately benefits you!
However, some people may feel that they should only do as much as their salary warrants, so I think this varies from person to person.
Of course, the company won't make unreasonable demands or force you to do things you're not good at. The work assignments are all within an acceptable range!
The boss is very smart and has excellent logic, so they think quite quickly. When it comes to handling tasks, they expect things to be done efficiently and completed quickly.
It can make people feel a little nervous!
There are somewhat more private errands, but most of the work is still company-related!
You can learn "a lot" of things
They say it’s Qihua Industrial,
but you actually work for a subsidiary brand, and the person in charge is also a different person.
There are only four people in the company, so basically you have to be able to do everything.
For new product launches, you have to handle everything from outer packaging design, DM design, and printing to commercial photography and retouching, then website construction, maintenance, and server management, as well as managing the auction websites—all by yourself.
The company also requires employees to handle customer complaints and orders from home, without counting it as overtime.
The boss will also contact you at 3 or 4 in the morning to give you instructions regarding company matters.
While chatting with colleagues at work, I learned that around a dozen people have already held this position.
