Pros
You can learn a lot.
As far as games go, it’s a good map for leveling up and gaining experience.
But after some time, you have to leave quickly to hunt for loot and make money.
It’s not suitable for staying long-term.
The company has good political and business connections, so there’s no need to worry about being hassled.
Cons
A family business.
The systems are incomplete.
They treat the Labor Standards Act as if it were nothing.
