There is a senior employee in the drafting team who verbally bullies and launches personal attacks against colleagues on the same team. They are emotional and impossible to communicate with. As a result, the turnover rate in the drafting team is extremely high, and the supervisor protects them.
The site engineering work is awful because there are many construction sites but not enough crews. We are frequently harshly reprimanded by clients.
