Acting as a labor broker
Allowing foreign workers without technical certifications to operate forklifts
The boss is meddlesome and insists on controlling every aspect of employees’ personal lives
The job bank listing says there are employee trips and an employee lounge.
In fact, neither exists. The owner’s wife also allows her own sister to bully many employees. According to senior employees, if her sister dislikes someone, the company sends them a message asking them to complete the procedures for voluntary resignation. Later, after consulting the labor office, the employee returned home and likewise used messages to ask the supervisor about the voluntary resignation. The supervisor said the employee should resign on the grounds of insufficient ability. In the end, the employee asked the company to terminate their employment with severance, but the company actually withdrew the message asking the employee to resign. A company that keeps changing its story. Later, some messages were also sent implying that the employee was trying to cause trouble for the company. The boss is also a Buddhist who plays Buddhist scriptures for employees to listen to.
They think that reciting Buddhist scriptures a few times can eliminate their bad karma, but little do they know that hell has already reserved a special place for their entire family.

Many long-time employees love snitching. They act friendly to your face but constantly badmouth you in front of the boss. Interpersonal relationships are extremely difficult, and the boss is also hard to get along with.

They show concern for vendors every day, giving them drinks and cigarettes, but are stingier with their own employees than anyone else.

The boss often smokes at the entrance, and it smells terrible.
The old-timers insist that you finish your work before leaving, but the extra work cannot be claimed as overtime.
Who would want to do this kind of shitty job? They can do it themselves.
