They called to schedule an interview without even saying which company it was.
After confirming my email address, they said they would send an interview invitation, but never did.
I had no idea which company wanted to interview me.
It was only a few days later, when I received a no-show notice from 104, that I found out it was this company, Isbotech.
When I called the switchboard, the receptionist finally admitted that they had made a mistake,
but they kept delaying the cancellation of the no-show notice on 104, which was damaging my credibility.
Even a full week had passed since the original interview date,
and I still had to call them repeatedly and beg them to remove the no-show notice.
Then the receptionist even sarcastically said to me, "Because I'm someone who has a job."
What!?!
The company never told me whether they wanted me to come in for another interview after sending the invitation to the wrong person.
They just left it there and let 104 give me a bad rating.
And while I was looking for a job, the receptionist mocked me for being unemployed!?
In the end, I had no choice but to call 104 Bank and ask them to help remove it.
A company like this should also be recorded so that interviewees do not suffer and lose points because of it.
None
Being interviewed by this company was my bad luck
