Read the community guidelines1. Two days off per week; take the day off whenever you see red
2. The colleagues are very easy to get along with
1. The boss’s wife... seems very kind on the surface, but really likes to make a big deal out of minor issues and enjoys berating people. Several accountants and accounting assistants have left.
2. A family business... you know what that means.
3. Don’t even think about company trips. There aren’t even domestic trips, and the performance targets set for sales staff are difficult to meet.
4. Company dinners... hardly anyone wants to eat with the boss X, so most people don’t go. At least you can get off work early.
5. There’s a department upstairs called “Jiqi.” The boss is very nice and easygoing. He’s usually out or taking technical calls, so he can’t keep tabs on people. It’s a good place to take it easy until retirement.
