A female deputy manager surnamed Wu seems to have obsessive-compulsive tendencies. She has to explain simple matters three or four times, uses a lot of filler words when speaking, and often repeats meaningless things. She lacks ability yet loves to throw her managerial weight around. Working under her requires following her obviously incorrect instructions; if you do not, she says you did not complete the supervisor’s orders accurately and thoroughly and that your level of cooperation is poor. Someone like this can also become a manager? That’s absurd.
