A small company with insufficient staffing. Basically, whenever someone takes leave, you have to help do their assigned work, but two colleagues cannot take leave at the same time.
The boss likes to go back on his word and manages your work largely according to his mood.
Basically, the work is numerous and miscellaneous, although there are also times when things are very quiet. However, there is a smell of smoke in the office. If you absolutely hate the smell of smoke, I advise you not to go.
