Read the community guidelines1. Very free
1. The stated start time is 8:00, but you have to arrive 10 minutes early for the toolbox meeting. You often arrive at 7:55–7:59 and still get severely scolded by the boss. (During the interview, they make it sound great, saying, “We’re very flexible here. If you’re going to be five minutes late, just let us know, then leave five minutes later.”)
2. Other than the monthly salary and year-end bonus, there are no bonuses for the three major holidays and no other benefits.
3. You have to use your own scooter to go out and submit paperwork, such as delivering documents to Taiwan Power Company or the post office.
4. They often assign documents with very tight deadlines, then say, “I think an hour and a half is plenty of time,” without telling me that they actually needed it completed shortly after 1 p.m.
5. There are no SOPs or procedures for many tasks, and they often say, “I told you last time,” or “I already took you there.”
6. The boss is in Tainan, but has highly erratic moods. He constantly nags over the phone and then says that your attitude is bad.
Not recommended. No wonder the previous administrative employee left so quickly...
