Read the community guidelinesThe boss and the boss’s wife both seem like very nice people. The boss’s daughter is in sales and is quite pretty as well. The work environment is fairly quiet, and the tasks are also quite simple. As long as you finish your work, you can spend the remaining time browsing your phone or doing whatever you like—the boss said he wouldn’t interfere. It’s a relatively flexible work environment.
The benefits are not very good. You may still be required to work on typhoon days off (when the wind and rain are not too severe). Lunch is at your own expense, with no meal allowance. The company gives more annual leave days than the government requires, but the extra days must be deducted from your paid leave. There are also no bonuses for the three major holidays or year-end bonuses; at most, you may receive a red envelope, depending on the company’s operating situation, and it may only be a few thousand dollars.
