1. When I arrived, no one in the office knew anything about the interview, and I had to wait for them to communicate internally. It felt very disrespectful.
2. One of the interviewers, a middle-aged man wearing a hat who appeared to be the on-site supervisor, looked disdainful and had a very poor attitude. After I introduced myself and gave an overview, he directly criticized my previous work and thesis. Perhaps he felt awkward after saying that, so he mentioned that the company was already evaluating a new plant and would expand its workforce in the future.
3. I asked the interviewer about the job responsibilities, and he simply said, "recycling and refining." When I followed up by asking what kind of materials they worked with, he actually replied, "I just said recycling and refining materials," giving the impression that he did not intend to elaborate. At that point, I felt that if he was going to have that attitude, there was no point wasting time. I said there were no more questions and prepared to leave, but instead he kept repeatedly asking, like a broken record, "No more questions? No more questions?"
In summary, the HR procedures were extremely problematic; the environment was dirty and disorganized, with materials piled up haphazardly. The interviewer was extremely unfriendly, arrogant, dismissive, and ignored me.
If you see this job posting, I recommend skipping it immediately. Even people just looking to coast should not go—the conditions in every respect are unbelievably poor.
