Aside from being tiring, it’s close to home~

The head office manager is arrogant and self-important, and completely disrespects employees’ time off by constantly sending work-related messages on LINE. At work, they are always eating, and the thing I hear most often is that they are hungry. They think they are very capable and are always criticizing the previous employees in various ways. There is absolutely nothing worthy of respect about them; they are truly awful. I heard that even after more than three years on the job, they still did not know what the store sold, and they often called around asking questions and harassing us store employees. Purchasing controls were also inadequate, and they frequently overordered things~ It was ridiculous and left me speechless. Other than that, everything was okay~ In the end, I have since resigned.

The manager is incompetent and scatterbrained; payroll is lax. Colleagues have a bullying and contemptuous attitude. There is a probationary period.
