One CEO, with three people below him holding chairman positions, each managing their own construction site. They do not interfere with one another, yet they are constantly fighting—it's laughable. The company only has around 25 employees, and they are still secretly fighting among themselves.
Basically, for a new construction site—generally two buildings—one site director, one deputy director, one senior engineer, and one new engineer are assigned. As mentioned above, they gang up on new employees: senior employees target newcomers, taking a defamatory and distrustful, indifferent attitude. They use dirty and despicable tactics behind the scenes, and everyone fights their own internal battles. People do not get along harmoniously!
There is no air conditioning in the office in summer. You have to prepare your own computer and stationery, and if you want drinking water, you have to take care of it yourself. The office often has many mosquitoes and other insects, and it is stuffy and hot without air conditioning. There are also no company gatherings. Only after three or more years might you get an employee trip; basically, it depends on your luck. As for bonuses for the other three traditional festivals, you might as well forget about them—if there are any, they are not much!
