Read the community guidelinesThe boss is probably very good at talking.
1. The company does not have a clock-in system.
2. The boss is incredibly close with his personal secretary. When someone asks the boss about something (such as when the salary will be paid), the secretary will jump in and aggressively speak for the boss.
3. There are no pay statements or relevant policies.
4. Unpaid wages (but the boss has money to go to Southeast Asia, claiming that it is for business development).
In summary, basically the only thing the company provides that employees are legally entitled to is labor and health insurance coverage; none of the other requirements are met.
The company is no longer operating and has been ordered to close. It has also had some business disputes with foreigners in the past.
