After leaving the company, I actually had to go to a mediation committee to resolve a salary issue. It was only after the mediation session that I received the salary that should have belonged to me.
It seemed like they were deliberately making things difficult, and they did not even apologize to me in person.
They did not feel the slightest bit embarrassed.
Moreover, there were all kinds of other issues during my employment.
Would anyone still want to work for a company like this?
Everything I have said is true, and I have other documentary evidence. I would be more than happy to explain everything in greater detail in court.
