On the surface, this appears to be a job posting from Lingyue Information Company, but in reality, the hiring company is this one. The software is frighteningly complex, and they even charge money for asking questions.
The junior managers in the R&D department did not graduate from information-related fields. They think it is perfectly normal for ordinary people not to be able to use the software they designed, which is a very strange issue. Flattery is considered more important than properly taught work skills. The boss also frequently drops by. It is a very strange company culture, and the salary offered is extremely low. They also seem not to understand that the whole point of blind testing is to have people who do not know how to use the software conduct the testing; instead, they have the customer service department, which has basic accounting experience, perform the testing. This is very problematic.
I hope to offer some advice to anyone considering joining this company: do not expect to learn anything about the information technology business. You will probably learn basic accounting and inventory, purchasing, and sales management instead. I know this may sound absurd, but it is the truth.
