Internal management is unreasonable. Supervisors often change their instructions, making them unclear and causing a lot of wasted work. They assign employees more work than they can handle. Whenever things do not go smoothly at a work site, they shift the blame to new hires or lower-ranking employees, making them take the fall and leave.
