Read the community guidelinesA company with ideas, where you can learn a lot
By “having ideas,” I mean publicly claiming to practice liberal management while privately imposing one-person rule and sowing discord, then, after failing, resorting to snide remarks about how the other competitors are no good either to cover up the awkward atmosphere.
As for “a place where you can learn a lot,” all you have to do is talk, put on a show, and play the good employee, and you can spend all day without working. If something goes wrong, the supervisor will just call someone more capable to fill the hole.
When it comes to social experience, I’ve certainly benefited greatly.
Suitable for acting experts; this way, teammates can help clean up your mess, and you can also make your supervisor like you.
As long as your supervisor likes you, who cares if you're seen as a tumor by your colleagues—and who could possibly put up with you anyway?
You can coast toward retirement until you don't even know how to write code.
Because it's such a retirement-home environment, if you're unfortunately fired, you won't be able to find a job outside. Fortunately, no one has been fired so far.
Working there means you don’t have to take things too seriously.
Taking things too seriously will drive you crazy.
High salary, easy money. When there’s nothing to do, work on the professor’s projects; when there is, pretend nothing’s happening and wait for someone to come rescue you. You even get a dedicated teacher to train you. Post inspirational messages and put on a show—management will be delighted, letting you peacefully coast into retirement.
There’s a small team where you can learn how to become two-faced and seek sympathy online.
There are plenty of big promises to feast on, so you won’t have to worry about starving.
It reminds me of a song—smooch~
