Read the community guidelinesThe office is nicely decorated, the office is on the first floor, and the general manager is very knowledgeable.
Does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. For example, taking leave that results in a pay deduction also results in a deduction from perfect-attendance bonuses; menstrual leave is not provided; arriving five minutes late requires taking half an hour of leave and also results in a deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus. Employees are encouraged to treat everyone after completing three months at the company, and supervisors are expected to frequently treat their subordinates. Employees who have been at the company for less than a week are not paid. If you are dissatisfied with these Labor Standards Act violations, you are welcome to sue, but they believe that after you do, no company will dare hire you. Quite outrageous.
