After the interview, the company sent the job seeker a reporting-for-duty message through the recruitment website’s corporate notification system. After considering the salary and working hours, the job seeker declined the position via a reply on the recruitment website. Yet the company reported to the recruitment website that the job seeker had failed to show up for work. What kind of behavior is that? The company never called during this period either. They have time to report the job seeker, but not to check their email notifications? It’s absolutely terrible.
