First, you fill out a basic information form with a broken layout, along with some questions downloaded from the internet. They don’t actually look at it; it feels like it’s just part of the process. The HR representative is inexperienced, and introducing the company consists merely of watching some videos. Each video is 3–5 minutes long, but none of them contains much substance; it would be more efficient to summarize them directly in a presentation. Regardless of your abilities, the salary is simply set at the low end listed on 104. They will even add directly that they have done their research and that the salary for this position is roughly this amount, which is why they made the offer that way. This is something HR should keep to themselves; saying it out loud feels somewhat disrespectful.
