Pros

Cons

Office culture:

The company has not yet fully taken shape (including its departments), having started out as a trading business before transitioning into manufacturing.

The division of responsibilities is extremely unclear. Veteran employees in each department will dump work on new hires and rationalize it, while constantly questioning whether you have done your job properly.

(Especially since the boss and the finance department never bother to understand what employees actually do in their work, and simply conclude together with the boss that you contribute nothing to the company.)

The office and factory are two completely different worlds. Office staff shift all kinds of responsibility onto the factory and also use their seniority to ostracize new hires.

Company culture:

The company constantly imposes an old-fashioned boss mentality and a servile mindset on its employees, without knowing how to communicate with them.

It abuses the “responsibility system” to pressure full-time employees. Not paying overtime in violation of the Labor Standards Act is treated as normal. If you take personal or sick leave, people will gossip about you incessantly. The company will even control how people take leave; even taking bereavement leave will be criticized as inappropriate, and the company will be very unhappy about it.

Anyone considering joining should think twice!!!!!
