1. Financial fraud (scamming money from people in mainland China; Google "Hong Kong stock scam")
2. Working hours exceed 8 hours: 9:00–11:30, 13:00–16:00, and 19:00–22:00 (you almost always have to work overtime on Sundays). Supervisors regularly work overtime past 11:00 p.m. on weekdays, with no overtime pay.
3. The supervisor's base salary and commission are disproportionate to the time required.
4. When I joined the company in 2017, the snack bar and some benefits that were said to be provided were completely gone by 2018.
5. For every RMB 1 million, 3.5% is paid as commission; the rest is taken as the company's share and the owner's interest.
6. The supervisor is from mainland China, very.....
*The headquarters is in Taipei. If a company like this is going to be established in Taichung or Kaohsiung, applicants should think twice.
None
Financial scam.
Fixed days off: Saturday and Sunday (?)
Flexible 8-hour workday, but in practice you have to stay at the company for more than 12 hours, including voluntary overtime (with lots of breaks scheduled in between)
Currently unsure whether the policy is still the same. The base salary is not very high, and the bonus system is unclear. Current employees are welcome to share their experiences.
Naive and incredibly stupid to think that what’s written online about the interview is true!
The base salary is extremely low
The bonus commission rate is far lower than the market rate
Extremely mandatory daily and holiday overtime with no overtime pay
Using a "mainland Chinese website" to look up this company shows that it is simply a fraud ring
The interview experience was quite good, and the HR representative was very friendly.
1. After arriving and learning about the position, I found that the actual job duties were completely different! HR explained that there had been an error in the description and that they would improve it as soon as possible;
2. The company has almost no understanding of regulations such as the Labor Standards Act, which is somewhat shocking.
The interviewer was very friendly, and the explanations were clear.
The starting salary is considered low for Taipei. Regardless of the position, you are expected to do sales and earn performance bonuses; that is the only way your salary has room to grow.
