Read the community guidelinesAn imposing office in a high-tech building; access requires card swiping. The backer is financially powerful and is a well-known conglomerate.
They are extremely self-important, look down on everyone, and lack practical experience—typical of someone from an academic ivory tower. Not only do they presumptuously judge circumstances they do not understand, but they also used the opportunity to ask questions during the presentation to publicly humiliate the interviewee on the spot. They were also quite unclear about their own recruitment requirements, which was extremely discourteous. Based on the above, the organization appears to be dominated by PhDs from academia, places little importance on market realities, and lacks clinical experience. As a result, capable candidates without PhDs may find it difficult to have opportunities for promotion and advancement. Furthermore, given the member’s ignorant and arrogant attitude, they may also have difficulty judging an appropriate salary. Of course, when the backer throws enough money at it, even a stupid pig can grow wings.
