Pros
1If you don’t want to work regular hours, it would be a good choice. The boss likes to review drafts around 5 p.m.
Cons
The boss has panic disorder (according to him).
From time to time, when he is in a bad mood, he will yell at employees.
The boss is not a designer; he comes from an engineering background, but he loves interfering with the design!! He keeps revising it until it looks awful, and tells others that he designed it.
