The interviewer was very friendly.
Cons
1. The name can lead people to mistake it for CTBC Bank.
2. The résumé and personality test are just as thorough as a background investigation, but these tests are not very useful for the interview discussion.
3. Although the position applied for was administrative, it was not specified what kind of work would be involved.
