Received an interview invitation from the company through a job website.
HR called to ask whether I was interested in interviewing, and after a time was arranged, I also asked HR to send a confirmation email through the job website.
【Then there was no further communication, and no formal interview notification email was sent.】
Since there was no follow-up, I quickly filled that time slot with interviews for other jobs.
However, on the day itself, they called to ask whether I would be attending.
I explained to HR that because I had not received any notification and already had other arrangements, I would not be attending.
I also asked why no formal interview notification email had been sent, and they only replied that they had been on leave and forgot to send it.
Since I did not attend, neither side’s time was wasted.
However, the company’s attitude toward job seekers left me speechless.
Moreover, they were the ones who invited me—I had not applied proactively.
So I really have no idea how they handle people who apply proactively.
None
Poor working environment, with a lot of miscellaneous work. One person has to handle 3–4 different jobs. The boss is stingy and likes to berate people. There are absolutely no systems in place.
