Pros

1. The salary is more generous than the industry average.

2. You can play music at work and leave on time as soon as your shift ends.

3. “Almost” all colleagues get along harmoniously.

4. There are accommodation discounts at motels in all four branches across Taiwan.

5. Work is easy and not very stressful, though there is not much room for breakthrough or growth.

6. There are many young managers. At first glance, it looks like they are giving young people opportunities, but in practice, it is hard to say.

7. There is a snack cabinet, plus occasional events and food.

8. It is near an MRT station, has been newly renovated, and the seats are comfortable with a great view.

Cons

1. Although it is a group, the organizational system is extremely unsound. Policies change constantly and unpredictably, which is emotionally exhausting.

2. People with ambition should be mentally prepared for the fact that they absolutely will not be able to accomplish anything significant here.

3. The boss is young, but their thinking is even more traditional than that of a conventional manufacturing company, and everyone obeys them unquestioningly.

4. You must protect yourself, otherwise you could be targeted at any time. It is quite an “exciting” place.

5. It is not that you have to do everything; it is that you cannot do anything.

6. Turnover is very high from headquarters to the business units, and you also have to wear a uniform.

7. If you only care about salary and do not care about “proper” career growth, headquarters is still fairly tolerable.

8. The elevators move very quickly and also break down frequently, which is quite frightening.
