There are quite a few problems with internal company infighting
The starting salary is 22k, and you can only receive the bonus if you meet the target
At first, everything sounds very good, and colleagues supposedly earn an average of 30k or more
In reality, it is at most around 25k 😒
You need to be very good at calculations and have an excellent memory
Otherwise, it is very easy to have your pay deducted because of incorrect information about internal activities
The main point is that the boss is very stingy; if they take a dislike to you, your salary may even be paid late
So, those who are accepted after the interview, please think carefully!!!!
