The hourly wage does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. When the statutory minimum hourly wage increases, they deliberately delay adjusting wages for more than two months. There is no overtime pay. The work environment is dirty and chaotic, so you must not be afraid of cockroaches. Pay is often short. Despite receiving only the fixed minimum hourly wage, you are still pressured to meet performance targets, and there are no bonuses for strong performance. If you are considering a part-time job, think carefully.
