Small company, so there is absolutely no need to work overtime.
Taking time off is very casual—just make a phone call and it will be approved.
It feels like a small family business, with little workplace pressure.
Cons
There is no year-end bonus, and the learning opportunities are limited. However, if you want to take it easy, earn a living, and go out to have fun after work, this place could work for you.
The company has no established systems, and the office and field teams are a mess, but overall, working there is fairly pleasant.
