Pros

No advantages at all; leave as soon as you can.

Cons

Long Yang after five years

1. There is no overtime pay. They say it comes from the bonus, but in fact, the overtime pay calculated would be much higher than the bonus.

2. Regular weekend overtime during both peak and off-peak seasons; you are never paid for working on holidays.

3. Most shifts are 12 hours, and only very, very occasionally are they the normal 8 hours. The company has no clock-in system.

4. There are many miscellaneous tasks, and work is distributed unevenly. The company places greater emphasis on health education staff, who also receive larger bonuses. Staff handling procedures receive very little in bonuses.

5. You have to set up venues very frequently, and it is already very late by the time setup is finished.

6. PT employees have better benefits here than full-time employees.

7. There is no year-end bonus; according to more upright senior employees, there is one, but it is very small.

8. There are no bonuses for the three major festivals.

9. Most things in this company depend on personal connections, so you have to be careful about what you say and do.

10. It is extremely common to work six days in a row, have only one day off, and then continue working seven or even ten days in a row!

Pros

None.

Cons

The owner and managers show extreme disrespect toward employees. They constantly change their decisions, do not keep their word, and anything they have said or signed can be treated as invalid.

Salary payments are routinely not made on time, and the company violates more than one provision of the Labor Standards Act, while the owner and managers act self-righteously about it.

Senior employees bully junior employees, and employees are pressured into doing various tasks outside their job responsibilities without receiving a raise.

Even when all the work is completed, leaving on time still results in dirty looks and gossip.

In the company Line group, the owner requires employees to check messages at all times. Messages may even arrive after work hours, including late at night or in the early morning.

Think carefully before taking a job at this company.
