When HR initially invited me to the interview, they said that I had already passed the manager’s resume screening. However, during the interview, it was very obvious that the manager was only then looking at the 104 resume that had just been printed, and they directly criticized me for not having the academic background they wanted. They did not even want to look at the materials I had prepared. The interview mainly consisted of a brief self-introduction, and I took the initiative to show them the portfolio I had prepared. Excluding the fact that they were 5–10 minutes late, the entire interview probably lasted only about 10 minutes. They then said they would inform me of the result by a certain date, but I was still ghosted. It felt very disrespectful.
