Family-owned business,
They constantly think that if you have nothing to do, they should give you more tasks,
They hire new people at very low salaries, while expecting them to help design the architecture or asking PGs to do a bunch of things that PGs shouldn’t be doing,
The specifications are written in black and white,
The SA documentation is written even worse,
