Pros
For non-field staff, the workload isn’t particularly demanding, and the work atmosphere is relaxed.
The boss is quite nice and courteous; there is no infighting here.
Cons
The pay isn’t great and the benefits are poor. If you’re just looking for a job, this place could be worth considering.
