Even the content and benefits listed in the 104 job posting are partially false.
1. The number of employees is stated as 12–20, but in reality there are only 6–7.
2. The benefits state that sick leave is not deducted from pay. After two full years of employment, the legally correct amount of annual leave is not provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act; whenever you take leave, your leave balance will definitely be deducted.
3. Performance bonuses: The threshold is extremely high. Even when you meet it, the bonus is not much. They basically just hand out NT$1,000 at random.
4. The employees there are indifferent. The boss only values one or two particular employees.
5. Regarding drinking water, most employees bring their own water to work because the water dispenser is the household type and is also extremely dirty.
