Read the community guidelinesThere are snacks and afternoon tea.
1. The company has no clear policies. Regardless of the type of leave requested, it is always deducted from annual leave.
2. There is no overtime pay for overtime on weekdays. Overtime on holidays is only paid after completing the required hours (the boss encourages overtime—the longer you stay at the company, the more the boss values you).
3. There are no clear policies regarding bonuses and benefits. The year-end bonus is determined by the boss’s assessment of your contribution to the company (it all depends on their mood).
4. Managers have no understanding of management whatsoever (don’t expect to grow here).
5. There is no transparent path to promotion or salary increases, so there is no room for development.
6. Managers have no concept of “normal” logic when it comes to work (their logic is the only correct one).
7. Managers need to improve their emotional management. They make many emotional statements, often give long-winded speeches, and possess formidable “sophistry” skills.
8. The company expects employees to help one another (the capable become overworked, while those with nothing to do continue to enjoy themselves).
Summary: If you have exceptional physical, mental, and emotional resilience, as well as extraordinary patience, you’re welcome to take on the challenge—the next exploited wage slave could be you!
