Pros

They don't look at your abilities; as long as you're shameless enough and know how to cozy up to powerful people, everything will be fine.

Cons

Changhua Plant

1. The assistant managers and team leaders inside conspire to frame others. When there's a mistake, they push someone else to take the fall; when there's credit, they grab it first.

2. The team leader has it easy and invites the assistant manager to go out together to buy boxed lunches at 11 every day. Even when you ask him to buy one for you, you have to watch his mood, and you may still get yelled at....

3. You have to know how to pretend to be stupid and make conversation... that way, the veterans will appear professional.

4. You have to listen to the team leader and do things his way. If you don't obey, prepare to be set up and stabbed in the back, since he made it clear from the moment he joined that he was the “underground plant manager.”

5. It's a small factory with only around 20 employees, and there is a lot of vicious infighting... Think carefully before going. There will never be much opportunity for a raise or promotion (practically 0%).

6. Once you start working there, you'll understand what unequal treatment is and how difficult it is to voice your grievances... Even if you speak up, the problems won't be resolved, and senior management and the directors won't take any action.

The factory looks bright and attractive on the outside, but it's rotten and foul-smelling inside.

Pros

As long as you know how to curry favor with the right people, you’ll have an easy time.

Cons

Knowing how to “kiss up” is the key!

1. Your expertise will definitely go unused, because managers only promote their own people based on personal preferences! Some truly capable employees who genuinely work for the company have all been “driven” away one by one! They even use underhanded tactics to force people out, while allowing unprofessional people to manage professional work! It’s truly an incomprehensible company.

2. Those at the top are so far removed that they never hear the voices of employees at the bottom. They only ever listen to one manager, who speaks up for people based on personal preferences. As a result, very few people who are disliked by that manager escape being forced out!

3. Company rules vary from person to person: those who know how to curry favor don’t have to follow them, while those who don’t might as well wait to die.

If you consider yourself exceptionally resilient, know how to kiss up, or can work without a soul—acting as a puppet under someone else’s control—then you’ll be able to handle this job!
